Fragile Policy

We offer miniature’s design in various form factors, beside that we also offer other 3d services including prototyping, industrial use, sculptings etc.

We can use customers testimonials to display on site once the customers have given permission to us.

Incase any customers dont want to share the testimonial, then company will not put the testimonial in thier website

Fragile Charges are excluded in the orders and could be given by the customers at the time of delivery. Fragile Charges for unit smaller than 20 inch statue is 890rs whereas unit unit which is above 20 inch charges will be 1290rs. Also in Case Client dont pay print amount on time then client had to pay late fees as well. In case customer refused to take parcel and requested a new delivery again then customer have to pay charges of older delivery first(applible if parcel is RTO initiated)

Customers are advised to wisely share/select the order info

We dont make 100 percent accurate because its a machine work we can create replica(not have exact matches).

In Case of Partial Payment, Customers should complete remaining amount after the design approval(Except Price Breakdown Scenario).

Color may be differ in some statues. It is due to creative approach and company persons are not responsible for that.

How Fragile Policy benefits Customers

Fragile Charges Are Separate:
Fragile charges are not included in the order value and must be paid separately by the customer. The specific amount for fragile charges is indicated on the delivery slip attached to the parcel.

Damage Claims:
In the event that a customer receives a damaged product, we will file a claim for the expenses related to the product with the delivery partner and give a free replacement to customer. For that we have to pay fragile charges to the delivery partners.

Ensuring Parcel Protection:
To ensure every parcel is covered against damage, customers are required to pay a specific fragile charge. This charge is necessary for product protection during shipping.
